In addition to professionally presenting your animals* in the show ring, this service includes:

	Assistance with loading and unloading of equipment and animals at your farm.
	Assistance with driving to and from show site.
	Assistance with setup and teardown at show.
	Assistance with animal handling during the show.
	Up to 8 hours of travel time from your farm to the show site.

Three, Four and Five Day Showing Service packages are available.

We all know that the show ring is not the place to train alpacas, yet we sometimes see it happen – nervous handler, nervous alpaca – and the next thing you know the judge gets a face-full of spit. That’s not good for anybody’s disposition, or for your hopes of going home with ribbons.

To prevent that sort of stress and embarrassment for you, for Gold Star Alpacas, and for your animals, Gold Star Alpacas insists upon a pre-show evaluation to determine the level of your alpaca’s training. This evaluation is arranged for 42 days or more before the departure date for the show. This allows time to improve your alpaca’s “showing skills” before Gold Star Alpacas presents your animal in the show ring.

All Showing Package prices are “plus meals and accommodations”.

Gold Star Alpacas can utilize the Gold Star Alpacas “Paca Packer” instead of traveling with customer, if necessary. In that instance, Showing Package prices are “plus travel” as well, at the current IRS mileage rate.
