The objective of this Gold Star Diploma course is alpacas that Halter,
Lead and Load, and lessons continue until we accomplish this objective.
(The average alpaca, working in an appropriately sized catch pen, and using
a properly fitted halter – usually “gets it” in 5 lessons)
What does a GOLD STAR ALPACA training class cost?
It takes three alpacas to make up a GOLD STAR class.
These three alpacas can all get their “Gold Star”,
and complete the class objective - for a total of $350.
Three alpacas = $350
(Right, that’s $350 for the whole class of 3, not per alpaca.)
GOLD STAR ALPACA Graduates get a GOLD STAR DIPLOMA with your farm name and the animal’s name (not to mention a couple of Gold Stars!) These are great selling points for future owners, and are suitable for framing or for posting in your barn!
BIGGER CLASSES COST LESS PER HEAD!
A larger class size makes the “per animal” pricing get better:
Four = $450 Five = $550 Six = $650
(add $100 each for the 4th, 5th and 6th alpaca)
Seven = $740 Eight = $830 Nine = $920
(add $90 each for the 7th, 8th, and 9th alpaca)
Then there’s the Ten-Pac Special!
Ten GOLD STAR Alpacas = $1000
Tuition for GOLD STAR ALPACA classes is payable one-half at the first lesson and the remaining balance upon graduation.
It takes about five lessons to accomplish the GOLD STAR ALPACA class objective – Alpacas that can Halter, Lead and Load – SAFELY AND SANELY. It may take fewer lessons if your alpacas are really smart, it may take more if they need additional tutoring. Lessons continue until they all graduate!
